The testing laboratory of RUE «Vitebsk Center for standardization, metrology and certification» is accredited for technical competence and independence within the National Accreditation System. Accreditation certificate No. BY/112 02.1.0.1226 valid till 01.11.2021.

The testing laboratory of RUE «Vitebsk Center for standardization, metrology and certification» is accredited to verify the conformity of production with the requirements of:

TR TS 005/2011 “On safety of packages”;
TR TS 007/2011 “On safety of products, intended for children and adolescents”;
TR TS 009/2011 “On safety of perfumes and cosmetics”;
TR TS 017/2011 “On safety of light industry products”;
TR TS 019/2011 “On safety of personal protective equipment”;
TR TS 021/2011 “On safety of food products”;
TR TS 023/2011 “TR for juice products of fruits and vegetables”;
TR TS 024/2011 “TR on oil and fat products”;
TR TS 027/2011 “On safety of some specialized food products, including foods for dietary treatment and dietary preventive nutrition”;
TR TS 029/2012 “TR requirements for the safety of food additives, flavorings and technological aids”;
TR TS 033/2013 “On safety of milk and dairy products”;
TR TS 034/2013 “On safety of meat and meat products”.


The testing laboratory is included in the Unified Registry of certification authorities and test laboratories (centers) of the Customs Union.

The testing laboratory tests the following products groups:

  • food products;
  • agricultural products;
  • perfumes and cosmetics;
  • make-up remover and skin cleanser;
  • sanitary and hygiene products;
  • tobacco and tobacco products;
  • light industry products;
  • children's products;
  • package;
  • personal protective equipment.

The testing laboratory learned NEW TESTING METHODS продукции:

  • identification of melamine in dairy products;
  • identification of nitrosamines.
