Interlaboratory comparisons: Test center

RUE "Vitebsk CSMC" carries out the following interlaboratory comparisons in order to check the qualification of accredited laboratories and laboratories planning to obtain accreditation status:

For accredited laboratories the participation in interlaboratory comparisons is an integral part of the current control (monitoring) of the correctness of the performed tests (P.5.9 STB ISO/IEC 17025-2007).

To fulfill the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17043-2013 our company is provided with the necessary material and technical base, qualified personnel for impartial performance of all types of work related to the ispection of qualification and for guarantee of confidentiality and competence in interlaboratory comparisons carrying out. A certificate of the participant will be issued to the organization participating in the interlaboratory comparisons. Based on the results of interlaboratory comparisons a report is prepared that includes data containing the results of all participants with indication of the performance characteristics of individual participants.

At the end of interlaboratory comparisons all organizations participating in interlaboratory comparisons are sent an extract from the report. The provider guarantees confidentiality of the information. All organizations participating in interlaboratory comparisons are issued a certificate of participation with indication of the individual code

If you wish to participate in the above-mentioned interlaboratory comparisons, please send a filled in application to Vitebsk Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (by mail: 210015, Vitebsk, B. Khmelnitsky Str., 20; fax: (0212) 42-63-12;icmbagdia@vcsms.by).

After the registration of your application and as the groups are completed (as a rule, no less than 20 participants), an agreement will be concluded with you for interlaboratory comparisons (ILC) carrying out, will be given an instruction containing the terms of the works performance and specific time for measurement will be agreed. If you applied but could not take part in the ongoing interlaboratory comparisons for any reason, you should apply again, as your previous application will be canceled.

It is allowed to use two different types of devices by interlaboratory comparisons participants, in this case two certificates of the participant with different codes are issued, additional payment is not taken.

Interlaboratory comparisons with codes E-01, E-02, E-03, E-04 are held on constant basis. Immediately after the measurements implementation the participant of the ILC receives the certificate of the participant and the extract from the report at the end of the current round. The periodicity is three times a year. To take part in the ILC with codes E-01, E-02, E-03, E-04 is possible for one visit, at a convenient time agreed with the provider.

If you receive a negative result in the ILC with codes E-01, E-02, E-03, E-04, you can participate in the next round of the same ILC without payment. Time of arrival should be agreed with the provider. Upon arrival, such participants must present the following documents of the previous round: a copy of the act of completed work, an extract from the provider's report made on the ILC, reports of the ILC participant, uncertainty calculation, certificate of the participant. A negative result is the receipt by the participant of an unsatisfactory or doubtful result on one of the statistics of functioning according to the extract from the report on the ILC.
